In accordance with Article 3 of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“Law”) and other relevant provisions of the legislation, all introductory information about Kinowyoming and Kinostanbul (We) is available on our website in an up-to-date manner. Our goal at Kinowyoming is to ensure that you can purchase the ticket for the event you are considering attending in the shortest possible time and in the easiest way. We have designed our Sales Policy and Sales Agreement below to satisfy you and to inform you about the purchasing process on https://www.beneathehagiasophia.com/.

Please note that sales made through the website are subject to distance selling regulations, and the terms of the contract between the Parties are determined in accordance with the rules of the distance sales contract. We share the sales contract provisions and the pre-information text with you before the contract is established, in accordance with legislative provisions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the Sales Agreement before confirming your order and purchasing a ticket.

Our Sales Policy and Agreement also form part of our Terms of Use. By confirming your order and/or purchasing tickets from our website, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Pre-Information Text, Terms of Use, Sales Policy and Agreement provisions, and Privacy Statement. If you have any requests, complaints, or reservations contrary to the sales policy and/or contract provisions, we recommend that you visit the Help page and/or contact us at the contact numbers listed on our site before making any ticket purchase or confirming your order.

By purchasing tickets from our site and confirming your order, you will be deemed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement previously communicated to you. Therefore, we emphasize that by purchasing tickets from our site, all processes, procedures, and transactions related to event tickets will be governed by the exact provisions of the Agreement below.

The ticket purchase process is also subject to the following provisions: (i) the specific terms and conditions announced and declared to be applicable to the event, (ii) all other terms and conditions announced by us and/or declared for the event. Therefore, by making the ticket purchase, you accept and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions announced and declared for the event and the provisions of the Agreement. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions announced and declared for the event, or if you cannot and/or will not be able to comply with any of these conditions, you should not proceed with the ticket purchase. Otherwise, even if you have purchased a ticket, we emphasize that we will have no responsibility for your inability to attend the event and that we will have no payment obligation, including the ticket price.

Furthermore, as previously informed through the Pre-Information Text, by confirming your order; before purchasing the ticket, you acknowledge, declare, and undertake in writing that:

a) You have received all necessary information and contact addresses related to us,
b) You have been informed of all features related to the ticket and service you purchased, and the total ticket/service price, including all taxes and any additional costs if applicable,
c) You have been informed of the payment, delivery, and performance details, as well as the solution methods for complaints as stipulated in the contract,
d) You have been informed that you can apply to the Consumer Court or Consumer Arbitration Committee for any disputes,
e) You are aware that you do not have a right of withdrawal based on Article 15 (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and, consequently, you are aware of all the provisions stipulated in the contract.

We also emphasize that before confirming your orders and purchasing the ticket, you have been informed under the required pre-information obligation within the legislation, you have given written pre-information approval as part of your consent, and this pre-information approval is an integral part of this Agreement. Additionally, with this agreement and your pre-approval, we would like to stress that you have been clearly and explicitly informed that you will have a payment obligation upon the confirmation of your ticket purchase order.

Terms and Conditions/Contract Provisions for Event Ticket Purchase/Sale:

Kinowyoming and Kinostanbul jointly manage & execute this event. Therefore, by purchasing a screening ticket, you agree that Turkish Laws will apply in any situation that may arise.
The documentary "Beneath The Hagia Sophia" will be broadcast online, and tickets will be sold online. The documentary will not be publicly available. A special link and password will be sent to each ticket purchaser. Therefore, when purchasing the ticket, you must enter an email address where you can receive the latest news and information about the special link. Remember that Kinowyoming will use this email address to communicate with you. If we cannot reach you, the responsibility lies with the person who entered the email information, and Kinowyoming will not be held liable.
The necessary information to watch the documentary will be sent to you by Kinowyoming one hour before the screening. Kinowyoming reserves the right to change this information delivery time. Therefore, when purchasing the screening ticket, please ensure that your contact information is entered correctly and that your messages are not moved to the junk (SPAM) folder. The ticket purchaser is responsible for any loss of rights due to incorrectly entered email addresses, and Kinowyoming will not be held liable.
Kinowyoming will use third-party infrastructure for online screenings and cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from this. In the event of a widespread issue, another screening will be scheduled one month later on a date determined by Kinowyoming. Kinowyoming will not be held responsible for individual issues. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check their internet speed and the devices they plan to use for viewing.
Kinowyoming (the organizer) may cancel or reschedule events for various reasons. The procedure to be followed in such cases will be determined and announced by the organizer. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, we will inform you through the provided email addresses as soon as the decision is made. Therefore, please ensure that the contact information you have provided is up-to-date and accurate, and that your messages are not moved to the junk (SPAM) folder to stay informed about possible updates related to the event ticket you purchased
Except for the cancellation and/or postponement of the event, all ticket sales are final. According to Article 15 (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which lists the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for the event tickets you purchase.
However, if the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund may be provided, subject to adherence to the refund procedures. Refund amounts are limited to the amount stated on the purchased ticket, and no other amounts can be claimed. Additionally, in the event of cancellation or postponement, Kinowyoming reserves the right to impose certain restrictions on refund conditions and to make changes to the program. It is your responsibility to comply with the final refund request dates and other instructions set by Kinowyoming and to read/check the notifications sent to the contact information you provided. No ticket and/or refund will be provided outside the refund dates determined by Kinowyoming.
Please note that if you arrive late to the event, there will be no opportunity to watch the documentary from the beginning, and no ticket refund will be provided. Please purchase the event ticket in consideration of the relevant rules.

Our website is prepared in English and Japanese. In the event of any differences and/or contradictions between the texts, the English text will prevail.
Commercial electronic messages within the scope of the Agreement may be sent to you, provided that your prior consent has been obtained. If you do not wish to receive commercial electronic messages within the scope of the Agreement, please remember to uncheck the "electronic message sending" section. Additionally, you have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any reason. However, if you provide your contact information for communication purposes, it should be noted that no additional consent will be required for commercial electronic messages related to changes and/or usage of the services provided.

Furthermore, if your contact information is obtained during the provision of the service and you are informed that such communication will be made and given the opportunity to refuse, it is legally possible to communicate regarding marketing, promotion, and/or changes related to the same or similar services without your prior consent. Nonetheless, you have the right to refuse such communication and withdraw the permissions you have granted, and it is sufficient to communicate this request to us in any way.
The privacy rules related to the use of our site and this Agreement are detailed in the "Privacy Statement" section. We inform you that you need to carefully read, review, and inform us if you have different requests regarding the Privacy Statement provisions. The Privacy Statement is an annex and an integral part of this Agreement and will be applied and effective together with the Agreement. Therefore, we emphasize that by confirming this Agreement and/or your order, you will be deemed to have accepted the provisions of the Privacy Statement.
During the order confirmation stage and before entering payment information, you will clearly see all the terms of the agreement, including the total amount to be paid. Additionally, all details related to the service you purchased will be communicated to you before confirming the order. Therefore, by purchasing the ticket and confirming the order, you will be deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement and will be bound by its terms. We remind you once again to carefully review all the provisions of the agreement before confirming your order
Kinowyoming is responsible for the storage and security of personal data obtained about you. However, Kinowyoming cannot be held responsible for any disruptions and online theft that may occur due to the use of a third-party solution. Additionally, your personal data cannot be shared with third parties without your consent and cannot be used for purposes other than those notified to you.
All these terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law. Kinowyoming has fulfilled its pre-information obligation by informing all consumers about the contract terms and content before purchasing the ticket. By purchasing the ticket and confirming the order, you will be deemed to have acknowledged that you have been informed about the provisions of this agreement and the service you purchased. This clause serves as written evidence. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement and/or the service or ticket purchase transactions, our primary goal is to resolve the dispute amicably. However, in situations that cannot be resolved amicably, we inform you that as a consumer who purchased a ticket from our site, you can bring your possible issues to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and/or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits published in the relevant legislation.
